Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls assisting users with account, transaction, and app queries.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and payment transaction failures in a timely and professional manner.
• Deliver empathetic and clear communication ensuring high first-contact resolution (FCR) rates.
• Maintain accurate logs of all customer interactions and escalations in the internal CRM tool.
• Follow standardized SOPs and escalation matrices for complex customer grievances.
• Collaborate with finance, product, and operations teams to resolve pending user concerns.
• Educate users on platform features, savings plans, and gold investment workflows.
• Meet daily operational benchmarks including call volume, average handle time, and CSAT scores.
• Identify recurring customer pain points and share constructive feedback with product teams.
• Stay updated with the latest app releases, regulatory updates, and feature changes.
