Key Responsibilities

• Analyze audited financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections for corporate clients.
• Prepare comprehensive Credit Monitoring Arrangement (CMA) reports and detailed project reports (DPRs).
• Assist in debt syndication, structured finance, and working capital assessment processes.
• Evaluate financial feasibility, debt service coverage ratios (DSCR), and repayment capacity for upcoming projects.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions to secure credit sanction approvals.
• Perform financial modeling and sensitivity analysis for industries such as steel, infrastructure, and real estate.
• Review loan agreements, sanction terms, and compliance documentation for corporate borrowing.
• Conduct due diligence reviews and identify potential financial or credit risks.
• Liaise directly with client management teams to obtain necessary financial inputs and documentation.
• Support senior partners with ongoing advisory assignments and transaction execution.
