Kotak Accelerate Edge Program is hiring a Deputy Manager Operations to oversee operational excellence and customer fulfillment in trade finance and banking services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations related to Trade Finance and Working Capital products.
• Assist corporate and wholesale customers with routine service requests and complex operational queries.
• Coordinate smooth end-to-end transaction processing with internal banking departments.
• Scrutinize and verify trade, credit facility, and loan documentation against established standards.
• Support the issuance, amendment, advising, and processing of Letters of Credit (LCs).
• Monitor daily transaction queues to consistently achieve defined turnaround time (TAT) targets.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal bank policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Handle customer escalations professionally, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive audit trails and documentation to facilitate statutory and internal reviews.
