Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer queries and concerns through voice calls, chat, and email channels.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and empathetic troubleshooting assistance to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose basic technical and process-related issues and guide customers through step-by-step resolutions.
• Escalate complex or unresolved inquiries to senior technical teams and departmental leads.
• Accurately document customer interactions, case notes, and issue logs in CRM systems.
• Consistently achieve daily and monthly productivity, quality assurance, and SLA targets.
• Follow established call center protocols, data privacy guidelines, and service scripts.
• Coordinate with internal departments to track pending tickets and provide timely follow-ups to customers.
• Participate in periodic process refresher training sessions to stay updated on product updates.
• Identify recurring customer friction points and recommend service delivery enhancements to leadership.
