Key Responsibilities

• Support the People Team in crafting engaging creative messaging and communications.
• Design visual assets, newsletters, and emailers for internal campaigns.
• Help execute internal employer branding initiatives across teams.
• Draft compelling copy for town halls, announcements, and cultural celebrations.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather content for people highlights.
• Manage internal communications channels to ensure timely delivery of updates.
• Track engagement metrics on internal communications and suggest enhancements.
• Assist in creating presentations and collateral for human resources programs.
• Maintain brand voice consistency across all internal touchpoints.
