Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic roadmap and deployment of enterprise-scale Data Science and Artificial Intelligence initiatives across the organization.
• Architect and oversee predictive analytics and machine learning models to optimize underwriting, claims processing, and risk management.
• Collaborate with business leadership to identify high-impact analytics opportunities that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Oversee end-to-end model development lifecycle, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Implement advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) and GenAI solutions to elevate customer service automation and engagement.
• Drive customer segmentation, churn prediction, and lifetime value modeling to support cross-sell and upsell campaigns.
• Ensure algorithmic governance, model explainability, data privacy, and strict adherence to regulatory standards within insurance operations.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and analytics professionals.
• Partner with data engineering teams to establish scalable MLOps pipelines and modernize data infrastructure.
• Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge AI technologies, frameworks, and third-party data partnerships.
• Establish KPIs and performance frameworks to measure the business value and ROI generated by deployed AI/ML models.
