Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with equity and index options trading desks to refine existing strategies and generate new ideas.
• Build, maintain, and enhance scalable research frameworks and data pipelines for trading operations.
• Develop, back-test, and implement systematic and discretionary quantitative trading strategies.
• Process, curate, and transform large and diverse financial datasets into accessible formats for analysis.
• Create effective data visualizations and analytical tools to empower traders and quantitative researchers.
• Drive end-to-end research lifecycles from initial ideation through to production deployment.
• Optimize algorithmic execution logic to maximize trading performance and reduce latency.
• Perform statistical analysis and mathematical modeling on market microstructure data.
• Maintain code quality through rigorous automated testing, profiling, and continuous integration.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and monitor production trading and research applications in real time.
