ICICI Bank is looking for a Product Manager - Retail Banking to design, develop, and manage retail banking products and digital solutions to improve customer experience and drive portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for retail banking offerings and digital solutions.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and specifications aligned with customer and business needs.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, and risk teams to execute product features smoothly.
• Analyze customer journeys and touchpoints to optimize the digital and branch user experience.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory updates, and competitor offerings in the retail banking space.
• Track product performance metrics, user adoption, transaction volumes, and portfolio profitability.
• Work with marketing and distribution channels to drive product awareness and acquisition campaigns.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement digital enhancements to reduce turnaround times.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal audit, operational risk guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate functional requirements prior to rollout.
