Senior DevOps Engineer - Site · Gurugram

HriZen is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to build, scale, and maintain highly available cloud infrastructure for a high-traffic messaging platform, collaborating closely with Engineering, SRE, and Security teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable infrastructure across AWS, GCP, or Azure environments.
• Manage compute, networking, storage, and security for distributed high-traffic backend systems.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure to achieve high availability, fault tolerance, and low latency.
• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment workflows.
• Automate application releases, rollbacks, and infrastructure provisioning using configuration management tools.
• Develop internal tooling and automation scripts to accelerate developer productivity and reliability.
• Ensure 99.9%+ service uptime across messaging, real-time presence, and notification systems.
• Configure comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA), troubleshoot production outages, and participate in incident management.
• Tune systems for high concurrency and resilience by implementing load balancing and autoscaling strategies.
• Enforce cloud security practices including IAM policy enforcement, secrets management, and data encryption.
• Audit deployments and configurations to align with organizational compliance and data protection guidelines.
