Horizon Software is looking for a remote Full Stack Developer to build microservices using modern Node.js and Angular frameworks while actively contributing to open-source initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy microservices based on modern Node.js API frameworks.
• Develop responsive and dynamic user-facing web applications using Angular and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with senior architects to establish technical definitions and blueprints for new services.
• Code complex software modules and extend functionality of custom and open-source applications.
• Mentor junior developers and support integration of microservices into client projects.
• Conduct code reviews to enforce software design standards, security, and best practices.
• Improve application architecture for scalability, fault tolerance, and low latency.
• Present, explain, and defend engineering and architectural concepts in stakeholder meetings.
• Build and maintain documentation covering APIs, libraries, and coding standards.
• Keep up to date with emerging programming trends and open-source software tools.
