Hitachi Energy is seeking an experienced Controlling Financial Analyst to support global transfer pricing compliance, documentation, and automated financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, process, and analyze financial data from SAP FI to deliver accurate financial reporting.
• Validate and map cost and revenue elements from SAP COPA across products, customers, and regions.
• Design, test, and implement automated financial workflows and macros using Alteryx.
• Support global transfer pricing documentation and ongoing regulatory compliance efforts.
• Review existing controlling workflows to uncover inefficiencies and recommend automation initiatives.
• Organize and analyze complex operational data for accurate intercompany transaction accounting.
• Align local financial reporting practices with global international tax regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional accounting and tax teams across global business units.
• Maintain robust internal controls, data integrity, and compliance with corporate accounting policies.
• Perform variance analysis and generate actionable management insights for business leadership.
• Drive continuous process improvement across global financial systems and controlling tools.
