About the Role

TSN Global is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our next-generation Coding Assessment Platform for early-career and experienced hiring.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in product management, B2B SaaS, HR Tech, developer platforms, or technical products, along with a good understanding of technical hiring and developer workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for coding assessments across Front-end, Back-end, Full Stack, SQL, DevOps, and related technologies.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, Content, and Data Science teams to build scalable and engaging assessment experiences.

• Conduct market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities.

• Define, track, and improve key product metrics including assessment completion rate, candidate satisfaction, product adoption, and enterprise adoption.

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive product adoption and support go-to-market initiatives.

• Prioritize product features and initiatives based on customer insights, data, business impact, and product strategy.

• Drive product development through Agile methodologies and effective stakeholder management.
