Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, mission-critical applications for global regulatory compliance.
• Build scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to process massive amounts of structured and unstructured data.
• Implement event-driven microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, and Kubernetes.
• Partner globally with business sponsors, users, and engineering colleagues to plan and execute product roadmaps.
• Lead and mentor junior software developers, conducting code reviews and guiding technical design choices.
• Build responsive, intuitive front-end interfaces and robust backend services using modern enterprise frameworks.
• Implement automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure system reliability and resilience.
• Optimize application performance, throughput, and latency across distributed computing clusters.
• Enforce rigorous security standards, access controls, and data privacy safeguards across compliance platforms.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Participate in architectural reviews, incident management, and continuous technical debt reduction initiatives.
