Job Description for Brand Marketing Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
Dropout Retargeting:
- Own dropout retargeting journeys across key funnels
- Monitor daily dropouts across critical stages (quote, proposal, payment, issuance) using Google Analytics
- Identify funnel leakages and create targeted retargeting strategies to improve conversion
App Engagement & Lifecycle Marketing
- Drive app engagement through personalized lifecycle communication strategies
- Review, test and optimize communication journeys and creatives for dropout and engagement campaigns
- Run continuous experiments on messaging, creatives, CTAs, timing, and frequency
- Optimize channel mix across push notifications, in-app messages, SMS, email, and WhatsApp
App Growth & Feature Adoption
- Drive app downloads and track key engagement metrics such as DAU, MAU, retention, and feature usage
- Plan and execute promotions for key Digit app features
- Work closely with product and tech teams to improve feature discovery and adoption
Cross-Sell Initiatives (LI & GI)
- Plan and execute cross-sell campaigns for Digits Life and General Insurance products
- Use customer behavior, policy data, and lifecycle insights to identify relevant cross-sell opportunities
- Optimize cross-sell journeys to improve conversion, attach rate, and revenue
Analytics, Reporting & MIS
- Own MIS tracking and reporting for app engagement, dropout retargeting, and cross-sell initiatives
- Track performance across CRM tools and Google Analytics
- Share regular performance dashboards, insights, and actionable recommendations with stakeholders
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of app engagement, CRM, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and CRM tools
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience running A/B tests and experimentation frameworks
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, tech, design, and business teams
Preferred Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in app engagement, growth marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
- Prior experience working on mobile apps with high transaction volumes is a plus
