GO Travellism Private Limited is hiring a Senior Accountant to manage general ledger accounting, statutory compliance, and accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting transactions, general ledger entries, and monthly book closing.
• Prepare accurate financial statements including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Manage statutory tax filings including GST, TDS, and advance tax computations in a timely manner.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations, vendor ledger reconciliations, and inter-company accounts balancing.
• Review vendor invoices, process vendor payments, and monitor accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist in preparing for internal, statutory, and tax audits by organizing audit schedules and documentation.
• Supervise junior accounting staff and verify daily journal vouchers and expense claims.
• Monitor cash flow, track operational budgets, and highlight any financial discrepancies.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, statutory norms, and company financial policies.
• Maintain well-organized financial archives, documentation, and compliance records.
