Key Responsibilities

• Oversee global total rewards operational processes, policies, and program implementation.
• Manage the administration of competitive global compensation and benefits structures.
• Lead annual compensation review cycles, salary benchmarking, and equity allocation programs.
• Ensure compliance with international labor laws, statutory benefits, and tax regulations.
• Collaborate with HR technology and IT teams to optimize HRIS systems for rewards data.
• Evaluate and manage relationships with external compensation survey vendors and brokers.
• Partner with cross-functional People team leaders to streamline onboarding and retention incentives.
• Design and deliver regular reporting, metrics, and analytics on total rewards expenditure.
• Provide strategic insights to executive leadership on evolving market trends in employee compensation.
• Guide team members and people managers on compensation policies, leveling, and pay equity.
• Audit rewards data regularly to maintain high standards of governance and integrity.
• Integrate AI-assisted automation and modern tooling into daily total rewards workflows.
