Key Responsibilities

• Identify, scout, and assess high-potential new micro-markets and zones for operational launch.
• Establish operational infrastructure and vendor networks across targeted clusters.
• Onboard partner properties and negotiate commercial terms to ensure supply readiness.
• Execute local ground-level growth campaigns to drive customer awareness and footfall.
• Engage prospective tenants and oversee lead conversion throughout the launch phase.
• Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and field teams to ensure flawless property handover.
• Track daily and weekly launch metrics, occupancy rates, and unit unit economics.
• Resolve customer inquiries and streamline the check-in experience for new residents.
• Maintain thorough documentation of property details, inventories, and local vendor agreements.
• Gather on-ground feedback from early occupants to iterate and improve service offerings.
• Collaborate with central operations and marketing teams to align on growth milestones.
