Genesis is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, high-performance software systems and microservices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional product, design, and architecture teams to define software requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-tested code following best engineering practices.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality, standards, and security compliance.
• Identify architectural bottlenecks and implement effective optimization and scalability solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues across production and non-production environments.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Develop and execute comprehensive unit, integration, and performance tests.
• Maintain technical documentation covering system designs, APIs, and operational workflows.
• Mentor junior and mid-level software engineers on technical design and coding best practices.
• Ensure seamless integration of third-party APIs and enterprise services.
• Monitor application performance and uptime to maintain high availability and reliability.
