Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles for assigned business units.
• Develop, refine, and maintain complex financial models to forecast business performance.
• Analyze actual financial performance against historical trends, budgets, and revised forecasts.
• Investigate operational variances and deliver clear monthly financial commentary to management.
• Prepare executive-ready financial decks and presentations for senior leadership reviews.
• Partner cross-functionally with business unit leaders to gather inputs and validate planning assumptions.
• Identify actionable opportunities for cost reduction, process efficiency, and profitability improvements.
• Extract and synthesize data from enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP.
• Ensure compliance and integrity across all financial planning models and statement reconciliations.
• Track relevant financial KPIs and metrics to highlight potential risks and growth opportunities.
• Participate in periodic financial closing activities in collaboration with accounting teams.
