Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain comprehensive automated test suites for web, mobile, and backend microservices.
• Formulate detailed test strategies, test plans, and test cases covering both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Execute rigorous end-to-end, functional, system integration, and regression testing for financial transaction workflows.
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman and REST-assured to validate payloads, schemas, and integration points.
• Collaborate with cross-functional software engineering and product management teams within an Agile/Scrum framework.
• Integrate automated test execution into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality feedback and rapid deployment.
• Identify, log, prioritize, and track software defects to resolution using tools like JIRA.
• Perform backend database verification and data integrity checks utilizing structured SQL queries.
• Conduct performance, load, and security testing to verify system scalability and compliance with payment security standards.
• Participate in design and code reviews to provide early architectural feedback on testability and quality risks.
• Analyze production incidents to perform root-cause analysis and expand regression test coverage.
