Key Responsibilities

• Provide up-to-date knowledge and industry awareness regarding trends and developments in asset management.
• Present and demonstrate existing FNZ platform capabilities and solution offerings to prospective and existing clients.
• Define, evaluate, and challenge project scopes to align with client business objectives.
• Capture and document detailed customer business requirements and design joint target operating models.
• Support platform integration design and deliver end-to-end business transformation consultancy.
• Offer guidance and advisory on regulatory compliance related to wealth management platform operations.
• Deliver comprehensive customer training programs and facilitate technical and functional knowledge transfer.
• Configure platforms and execute delivery following the Model Wealth Solution (MWS) framework.
• Conduct structured handovers to development teams, functional reviews, and technical design walkthroughs.
• Define business readiness criteria, support transition planning, and establish agreed SLAs.
• Lead defect verification, user acceptance testing support, and resolve complex functional issues.
• Manage customer stakeholder relationships and ensure delivery accountability throughout project lifecycles.
