Primary Skillset (Must-Have)

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with demonstrated full-stack expertise.

• Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).

• Strong experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, .NET, Java, Python, or similar.

• Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

• Experience with API design, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Proficiency in version control and collaboration tools (Git, GitHub/Azure DevOps/Bitbucket).

• Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skillset (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience with event-driven architecture or message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).

• Background in DevOps engineering or infrastructure automation.

• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and accessibility standards.

• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications, from database to UI.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Architect and optimize application components for performance, security, scalability, and reliability.

• Implement and uphold coding standards, best practices, and maintainable architecture across the codebase.

• Build and consume APIs (RESTful and/or GraphQL) to support front-end and backend functionality.

• Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, performing root-cause analyses and implementing long-term fixes.

• Support DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, automated testing, and cloud deployments.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to building a high-performing engineering culture.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and architectural best practices.
