Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and leads across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and builders.
• Promote and sell Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) solutions and structural steel products.
• Identify emerging regional markets and high-value project opportunities.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations in coordination with the design and engineering teams.
• Conduct regular client visits, site evaluations, and consistent project follow-ups.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value sales contracts effectively.
• Achieve and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with production and project execution teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Track competitor activities, market trends, and pricing dynamics in the PEB industry.
