Your key responsibilities:

• Perform company and asset valuations using methods such as DCF, Comparable Company Analysis, and Precedent Transactions.
• Prepare valuation reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in financial reporting.
• Assist in the development of financial models and forecasts.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations.
• Stay updated with market trends and valuation methodologies.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance.
• Contribute to process improvements within the finance team.
