Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and support routine office requirements to ensure smooth office functioning.

  • Manage and maintain inventory of office supplies and essential items, including stationery, medicines for the first-aid kit, employee joining kits, pantry supplies, printer consumables, and other office materials; ensure timely restocking and proper record keeping.

  • Travel locally to procure materials, samples, office supplies, gifts, or other items required for office operations.

  • Coordinate with the event operations team to manage and finalize samples, materials, and gifting requirements for events or campaigns.

  • Arrange and coordinate office celebrations and internal events, including planning logistics, coordinating vendors for décor and supplies, and ensuring smooth execution of activities.

  • Manage vendor coordination including identifying new vendors, maintaining relationships with existing vendors, negotiating quotations when required, and ensuring timely procurement of required items and services.

  • Track vendor quotations, requirements, and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery and maintain quality standards.

  • Ensure overall office upkeep by monitoring cleanliness, organization, and availability of essential supplies, and coordinating with housekeeping or facility staff when required.

  • Maintain records related to office procurement, vendor interactions, inventory, and administrative activities for smooth operational tracking.

  • Support internal teams and management with administrative and operational requirements as needed.
