Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance is looking for a proactive Junior Lead Generation Specialist to identify and nurture prospective insurance clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and qualify potential leads through diverse channels, databases, and digital platforms.
• Perform cold calling and targeted email outreach to prospective life insurance clients.
• Understand customer needs and pitch relevant insurance products effectively.
• Maintain and update lead statuses, interactions, and follow-ups within the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the direct sales team to schedule meetings and hand over qualified leads.
• Follow up consistently with inbound inquiries generated through marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify untapped customer segments and industry verticals.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outreach volume and qualified lead pipelines.
• Assist in preparing sales collateral, pitch scripts, and promotional email templates.
• Track conversion metrics and report pipeline health regularly to team managers.
