Key Responsibilities

• Partner with operational business unit leaders to drive financial performance, profitability, and cost optimization.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning cycles.
• Conduct variance analyses comparing actual results against budget, forecast, and prior year metrics.
• Build detailed financial models to evaluate business cases, deal pricing, and investment opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive management reporting packages and financial presentations for senior leadership.
• Monitor and analyze key financial and operational KPIs to identify revenue leakages and expense trends.
• Oversee cost center allocations, headcount tracking, and operational expenditure controls.
• Support accounting teams during month-end close by reviewing revenue recognition and expense accruals.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation in reporting processes and financial workflows.
• Ensure adherence to corporate financial policies, internal controls, and statutory accounting standards.
• Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations to help business units achieve margin targets.
