Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings and catalog updates across company website and third-party marketplaces.
• Write engaging, SEO-optimized product titles, descriptions, and feature bullet points.
• Coordinate with graphic design and photography teams for updated product visual assets.
• Monitor pricing, inventory levels, and stock availability across all active channels.
• Track daily orders, returns, and fulfillment performance to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct keyword research to enhance organic product discoverability on e-commerce portals.
• Assist in running on-portal promotional campaigns, sales events, and discount structures.
• Analyze weekly e-commerce sales reports and website traffic metrics.
• Audit digital storefronts regularly to maintain consistent brand representation.
• Respond promptly to customer product inquiries and reviews on marketplace platforms.
