Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:
    Build, execute, and manage acquisition campaigns across multiple channels such as social media, affiliate networks, OEMs, and DSPs to increase revenue and ROI.

  • KPI Definition & Management:
    Develop new and relevant KPI metrics to optimize campaign performance and ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to test new strategies, tactics, and innovative approaches for ongoing campaign optimization.

  • Performance Improvement:
    Deliver quantifiable improvements in key metrics, such as ROI and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), across all marketing channels.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    Proven experience of 3+ years in a quantitative marketing role, specifically in managing performance-based campaigns across social media, affiliates, and other digital channels.

  • Analytical Expertise:
    Strong background in data analysis, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets and communicate them to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

  • Campaign Building:
    Demonstrated success in building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a focus on driving ROI and performance improvements.

  • Communication Skills:
    Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain data-driven results and strategies.

  • Project Management:
    Strong project management abilities, ensuring the successful execution of multiple campaigns in parallel and meeting deadlines.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
