DigiArc Solutions is a growing technology services firm delivering IT infrastructure and digital solutions. We are hiring a Desktop Support Technician to provide first-line technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure seamless daily workstation operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, laptops, monitors, and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot operating system issues across Windows and macOS environments.
• Configure and support business applications, email clients, and productivity software.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies using Active Directory.
• Diagnose and resolve basic local area network (LAN), Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity problems.
• Perform system imaging, software deployments, and scheduled operating system patches.
• Set up, configure, and troubleshoot network printers, scanners, and conference room equipment.
• Manage and update endpoint antivirus protection, firewalls, and security software.
• Log, prioritize, track, and close user support tickets within defined SLA timeframes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets, hardware peripherals, and software licenses.
• Guide and assist end-users on standard IT operational practices and basic self-service steps.
