Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end strategy, sourcing, evaluation, and curation of alternate investment opportunities.
• Structure innovative alternate investment products across private equity, private debt, real estate, and venture capital.
• Perform rigorous financial analysis, valuation modeling, and comprehensive risk assessment on potential investment opportunities.
• Conduct thorough due diligence, including commercial, legal, tax, and operational reviews of prospective funds and co-investments.
• Build and nurture relationships with fund managers, general partners, founders, and industry syndicates.
• Collaborate with the wealth advisory and sales teams to educate them on alternative asset classes and product positioning.
• Prepare high-quality investment memos, IC notes, and marketing collateral for internal committees and high-net-worth clients.
• Monitor and track portfolio performance, providing regular updates, risk analysis, and quarterly reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure full regulatory and compliance adherence with SEBI guidelines and internal risk frameworks.
• Track macroeconomic trends and regulatory developments across alternative asset spaces to identify emerging market opportunities.
• Optimize product onboarding and post-investment lifecycle processes to enhance client experience.
