Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute statutory, internal, and management audits across diverse client portfolios.
• Review financial statements, accounting processes, and internal controls for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify financial, operational, and process-level risks and propose mitigation measures.
• Analyse audit observations and develop practical, value-adding recommendations for clients.
• Prepare comprehensive audit working papers, management letters, and executive presentations.
• Assist in business process improvement and technology-led finance transformation projects.
• Review client compliance with Company Law, statutory mandates, and regulatory requirements.
• Support CFO advisory and MIS reporting for client executive teams.
• Evaluate financial records to identify process automation opportunities using modern accounting tools.
• Liaise directly with client leadership and cross-functional teams to resolve audit inquiries.
