Dass & Brown Experiential Learning School is seeking a dynamic Event Management Specialist to plan and execute diverse school events and experiential programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute academic, cultural, and sports events.
• Liaise with internal teams and faculty to understand event objectives and specifications.
• Manage end-to-end logistics including venue setup, staging, and technical equipment.
• Coordinate with external vendors, decorators, and service providers for supplies.
• Develop detailed event schedules, timelines, and operational checklists.
• Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets for school functions and workshops.
• Oversee on-site event execution and resolve unexpected operational challenges.
• Collaborate with the media and marketing team for event promotion and coverage.
• Gather participant feedback to evaluate event success and identify improvements.
• Maintain inventories of event supplies, banners, and promotional merchandise.
