Creating Minds is looking for a Business Analyst (Legal & Data) to assist in analyzing legal operations, regulatory requirements, and business datasets to drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze legal, compliance, and operational data to identify trends, discrepancies, and actionable insights.
• Gather and document business, legal, and operational requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documentation, contracts, and regulatory filings.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and structure maintenance across internal databases and spreadsheets.
• Create clear dashboards, reports, and visual presentations using MS Excel and data visualization tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional legal, operations, and technology teams to streamline workflow processes.
• Support compliance audits and ensure adherence to statutory regulations and corporate policies.
• Conduct industry and regulatory research to evaluate potential business risks and opportunities.
• Track project deliverables, milestones, and status reports for ongoing legal-tech initiatives.
• Assist in preparing process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user workflows.
