Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the field sales team, clients, and internal operations.
• Process incoming customer orders and verify accuracy of pricing, discounts, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain and update customer records, leads, and deals within the CRM system.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of consignments.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding product availability, quotation status, and order tracking.
• Prepare sales quotations, commercial invoices, and necessary shipping documentation.
• Follow up with existing clients to encourage repeat purchases and identify upselling opportunities.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales volumes and compile performance reports using MS Excel.
• Assist in managing payment collections and resolving outstanding invoice queries with clients.
• Handle customer grievances or order discrepancies professionally to maintain client satisfaction.
