We are seeking a Spanish Speaking Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage and oversee the accounts receivable process. This role requires fluency in Spanish and a strong understanding of financial processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts and ensure timely invoicing.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Assist in month-end closing activities.
• Prepare reports on accounts receivable status.
• Support the implementation of SAP for accounts receivable processes.
• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients.
