Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust test automation frameworks tailored for Salesforce CRM applications.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Java, or specialized Salesforce automation tools.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, functional consultants, and business analysts to understand requirements.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across Salesforce releases and deployments.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality validation.
• Create comprehensive test plans, detailed test cases, and traceability matrices mapped to user stories.
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects using Jira or enterprise test management tools.
• Execute API testing for Salesforce integrations using Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent tools.
• Analyze automated test execution results and report quality metrics, coverage, and blockers to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior quality engineers on best practices in automation engineering and Salesforce QA standards.
