- Monitor trends in attrition, performance, and engagement to surface proactive interventions.
- Support culture-building efforts with practical execution rather than policy-only recommendations.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of employee relations, stakeholder management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Strong communication, discretion, and judgment when handling sensitive people matters.
- Ability to balance operational rigor with employee empathy and business alignment.
- Comfort partnering with leaders and cross-functional teams on talent priorities.
