Cognizant is looking for an experienced SAP VIM Consultant to deliver specialized technical and functional consulting expertise for OpenText SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) implementations and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of OpenText SAP Vendor Invoice Management solutions.
• Design, configure, and optimize SAP VIM document types, process options, and role resolution matrices.
• Integrate SAP VIM with SAP ERP modules including Financial Accounting (FI) and Materials Management (MM).
• Configure Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Invoice Capture Center (ICC), and Information Extraction Service (IES).
• Develop and support custom SAP workflows, business rules, and exception handling for accounts payable.
• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Conduct system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide cutover support.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve functional defects and integration issues across SAP VIM components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to deliver end-to-end invoice automation workflows.
• Provide ongoing post-go-live hypercare, application support, and functional guidance to client teams.
