Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via email, chat, and voice channels.
• Provide prompt and professional resolution to customer issues and escalations.
• Manage customer communication workflows in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Assist in drafting public relations communications and standard customer responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ticket statuses within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal technical and support teams to resolve complex customer inquiries.
• Identify recurring customer pain points and provide feedback for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, communication standards, and data privacy norms.
• Participate in regular quality audits and customer satisfaction enhancement programs.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive relationship management.
