Cognizant BPO India is seeking a Spanish Speaking Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru.

 
In this role, you will:

• Manage accounts receivable processes and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Communicate effectively with clients in Spanish regarding outstanding invoices.
• Utilize SAP for tracking and managing accounts receivable.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Analyze accounts receivable aging reports.
• Support audits and compliance activities.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
