Cognizant is hiring a Quadient Inspire Developer to design, implement, and maintain customer communication management (CCM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise customer communication management workflows using Quadient Inspire.
• Configure and format high-volume document templates for digital and print distribution channels.
• Perform data mapping, layout generation, and dynamic rule-based content creation within Quadient Inspire Designer.
• Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to gather and clarify technical requirements.
• Build and optimize automation workflows utilizing Quadient Inspire Automation and Scaler.
• Conduct unit testing, template validation, and end-to-end integration testing for all communication assets.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve template layout and data rendering issues during production runs.
• Implement interactive and on-demand customer document delivery features.
• Ensure compliance with document governance, data privacy, and branding guidelines.
• Document technical designs, workflow diagrams, and deployment release notes.
• Provide operational and production support for document generation pipelines.
