Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide accurate, timely solutions to inquiries.
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues or unresolved customer grievances to the appropriate internal teams or supervisors.
• Follow standard communication scripts and company operating procedures during customer interactions.
• Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets, including call handling time and resolution rates.
• Build positive, sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open, interactive communication.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their queries are resolved completely and satisfactorily.
• Stay updated with company product offerings, policies, and procedural updates.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related operational tasks as needed.
