Key Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and onboard new retail and commercial banking customers across the assigned territory.
• Manage and nurture an active portfolio of high-net-worth and retail banking clients to build long-term relationships.
• Cross-sell core banking products, including current and savings accounts, fixed deposits, and retail lending solutions.
• Distribute third-party investment and protection products such as life insurance, general insurance, and mutual funds.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews to assess client needs, risk appetite, and financial objectives.
• Collaborate with branch operations, credit, and trade finance teams to facilitate seamless transaction processing.
• Address customer service requests, resolve account-related queries, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Ensure thorough compliance with internal audit guidelines, regulatory standards, KYC norms, and AML procedures.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients to minimize attrition and expand wallet share.
• Execute local marketing and business development activities to generate prospective customer leads.
• Record daily sales calls, pipeline development, and target achievements in the internal CRM system.
• Educate clients on digital banking channels, mobile banking applications, and self-service features.
