- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by drafting test scenarios and coordinating execution.
- Manage defect tracking, triage operational issues, and ensure rapid resolution before go-live.
- Assist in change management, communication strategies, and operational readiness preparations.
- Ensure that onboarding solutions comply with relevant regulatory requirements and risk controls.
- Track project milestones and provide status updates to senior leadership and project sponsors.
