Change Leaders is hiring a Client Finance Lead to oversee multi-jurisdictional finance operations and act as a strategic advisor for high-growth global companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end financial reporting for international clients across US, India, Singapore, and Switzerland.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, MIS reporting packs, and board-level financial reports.
• Conduct insightful variance analysis and provide commentary on operational and financial performance.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes including GL reviews and multi-entity consolidation.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards including US GAAP, IFRS, and Ind AS.
• Act as a Virtual CFO partner to client executive teams to guide strategic and financial decisions.
• Drive budgeting, financial modeling, and operational cash flow planning for client entities.
• Track financial KPIs proactively to flag risks and recommend revenue or cost optimization steps.
• Configure and maintain charts of accounts across cloud ERPs and accounting software.
• Lead, mentor, and review the output of an offshore finance and accounting team.
