ActiveProspect provides consent-based marketing products to help companies acquire qualified online customers at scale while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the comprehensive product strategy for the ActiveProspect platform.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership, engineering, design, and GTM teams to prioritize high-impact opportunities.
• Lead customer discovery sessions and analyze market trends to understand buyer and user needs.
• Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain prioritized product roadmaps aligned with overall business goals.
• Design and oversee experiment reviews and beta programs to validate new platform capabilities.
• Coordinate product launches with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to inform iterative enhancements.
• Ensure platform capabilities align with evolving TCPA and privacy compliance standards.
• Evaluate build vs. buy vs. partner opportunities to accelerate feature delivery.
