Key Responsibilities

• Translate field insights into actionable business strategies.
• Prepare reports, case studies, and impact-driven insights for leadership.
• Regularly visit companies, NGOs, training institutes, and ecosystem partners.
• Build strong partnerships that enable talent sourcing and opportunity creation.
• Drive conversations with external stakeholders to unlock collaboration opportunities.
• Represent the organization in community, NGO, and industry engagements.
