Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates across diverse channels including job boards, social media networks, and professional communities.
• Utilize advanced Boolean search operators and platform filters on LinkedIn Recruiter and databases.
• Conduct initial profile screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and role alignment.
• Perform cold outreach and engage passive candidates through compelling messaging and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruitment leads to understand role specifications and hiring priorities.
• Maintain and organize real-time candidate pipelines within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate smooth communication between candidates and interviewing teams.
• Conduct market research to map talent pools, compensation trends, and competitor hiring patterns.
• Promote employer branding by ensuring positive and transparent interactions throughout candidate outreach.
• Track recruitment metrics such as response rates, conversion ratios, and time-to-source.
• Participate in team reviews to optimize sourcing strategies and identify innovative candidate attraction techniques.
