• Process accounts receivable transactions and ensure timely collections.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and send invoices to clients.
• Assist in month-end closing and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Maintain customer relationships and communication.
• Assist in training junior staff on accounts receivable processes.
